This beat makes me wanna "uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" . That bass is thick. I kinda wanna go hunt zombies now...or insectoids. Dope beat sir!

S-Rock responds:

Thanks for the time Mickey! lol zombies!? hoards of muck n grime and ball slime!

Dope beat. Build up into the beat drop was on point. That fart trumpet urk'd me the first listen, but it have grown on me. That synthy organ choir sound thing, reminded me of the GoldenEye 64 OST. Overall, I like this beat, it is good, and I like it also, too,

ImpetusBeats responds:

Thank you! And yes, I had some trouble somehow fitting that fart trumpet in there. lol

Def a step up on the wordplay here, the rhymes are dope, but a couple felt a bit forced or awkward in the "izer" and "ension" schemes. Mixing, dubs and SFX were on point, I like the layered chorus. Your delivery on the verses does have a "whiney" sound to it, specifically in the first verse due to the kinda spontaneous intonations you throw in your voice (almost like a voice crack); I like it, makes it sound angsty . Beat is dope, props to Tyzer on the sickness.

NeoAlchemist247 responds:

Thank you, Mr. Mao. Always a pleasure to have you observe my work. Thank you for the positivity in your critique, but also the honesty you put forth.

I've been working on the word play. And when I get a better Mic, that whiney intonation will be lessened.

I'm glad you enjoyed! I'll keep working at it. I want to be the very best, like no one ever was.

Zombie karate flick. I dunno, but I really like this. The change ups shine for me, sick beat here

larrynachos responds:

Thanks Mickey! Glad you liked it :)

Yow and wow! Was kind of expecting a darker beat off that sinister sound lead in, but I like the choice you went with. The verse was pretty good; flow was on point and I really like the internal schemes you have in there. The starting bar "Fly away in anger?" is a bit awkward, only because it's a bit difficult to deliver that question type of inflection in flow, maybe a "Should I fly..." or anything helps imply that it's a question a little better. That's my minor gripe. Now on to the best part: the hook! WOW! Those screams picked up so well and I really liked how they went with this high energy beat and that robotic "1,2,1,2" , not something I hear on the regular, it's unique. Also, that's empty space with no flow is a bit .... what's the word I am looking for... it's missing something, it would be dope if a weird dude get's this done...:)

NeoAlchemist247 responds:

Ahhh. The beginning. Where to start? I rewrote it four or five times before settling where I did. The subtle "huh," at the beginning is actually what hints at the question.

And, as we've already spoken via FB- I can say I'm very VERY eagerly awaiting what said weird dude comes up with for the track.

Always a pleasure, Mao. Stay strong, stay real.

Love the change ups here! Dynamic with good build up. The silent fraction of a second at 0:55 and 2:20 was a bit of a break in the flow a bit, for me. Maybe static or a subtle echo to carry the momentum from the previous section. I might put some bars to this, maybe some rap swag will help some with that 0.2 seconds of deafening silence. Solid work Akaruhime!

Akaruhime responds:

thanks! an instrumental is just as useful as a car without the lyrics both have no engine to kick start the vibes~<3

This is dope. I would go on, but I don't want to spoil this magical moment.

landon91 responds:

Hey, thanks man. I would go on too, but again, don't wanna spoil anything.

Very solemn intro, that phazy held string note(?) motif which plays predominantly throughout is nicely established here. Really like the harshness of that compares to the light and delicateness of the bells. My favourite aspect of this beat is the build up and transition; there's a dynamic feel here. I'm not too keen on the outro, it felt a bit abrupt. I really liked the piano touch though; I would suggest some of instruments from the intro to accompany the keys on a solemn outro fade of a couple bars. Overall, good beat, great feel, spin worthy.

carl565 responds:

I seem to hit one or the other, the into or the outro, never both, haha. That's mostly because I save one or the other for the tail-end of the project and whatever I work on last, usually is abrupt. It's laziness, if I were to be perfectly honest with you, haha. I need to stop being lazy with how I create my songs. Its become way too habitual for me and I think a lot of potential is lost from it. I'm glad you liked the song though. Thanks for the review!

Catchy tune and up tempo beat. The lead in is good and the verse/chorus transitions were a bit abrupt, but that works with the vibe of this beat. The chip tune drop in @ 2:36 was interesting; I was kinda hoping a chip tune rendition of the melody was gonna rock. I think the levels sound alright, high, mids, and lows sound like they are balanced, I also like bass heavy music, so I may be biased. Dope beat.

Rekuiem responds:

thanks brother, the suggestion is inspiring! I think I hear something new :D Appreciate it so much!

Oh my gravy, this is grimy. Awesome structure here, the interlude with those low strings! Blam, salt and pepper. The reversed string sample almost like a bagpipe, i like that. I think I've heard this before, still dope doe

Libby-Shimmz responds:

Danke Mao!

Its what I do for fun.
