Wow, that is some crazy flash picking there! Damn man, impressive! Always good to hear from ya!

LyRikLyNkLyNd responds:

It's a torture of passion

Teddy Graham's beat is elegant and bumping. 5/5 stars for Teddy's superb beat.

Teqneek...I apologize in advance for this, but...
This is just low and petty. From the repetitive and simple lyrics to the squeaky singing, this just felt cheap. The "wordplay" on Monica, (which you delivered with a softer "g" sound instead of the phonetic "cK" sound), wow, smh, grow up. At first I thought this was a real yet corny as fuck love song, but once I stopped reading those rap-a-dappy lyrics, and started listening...I realized, this is just an excuse. Congrats on the genius wordplay, buddy! Way to beat it like a dead horse.

+The mixing sounds good. I just listened through laptop speakers tho.
+basic song structure sounds aight, verses transition into hooks well.

Teqneek responds:

Not once did I pronounce Monica with a G. That is dumb and your laptop speakers are playing with your absolutely humorless mind.

I'd go on but it's not worth the effort. You're a pro troll and I must resist. Ughhh

this is dope, nice variations throughout, loving it

Libby-Shimmz responds:

Thanks Mao!

this is weird, and I like it.

supafreshpjs responds:

Thanks Mick!

this is dope, def should develop it more

CHiLEDAWG responds:

Thanks dude i shall!

Wow, this is an exceptional instrumental. The chorus is really good and the voice grooves well with this beat. NW brodo

Vashelite responds:

Thank you.

This is pretzels and dynamite. Top to bottom, solid. Heads definitely turned on this evening. Flow is energetic and dynamic, HaWttt Damn!! Lyrics hit deep; poetic and relevant as spicy noodles. Production is great, the horny hook was almost arousing on that vocal sample.

This is creative gravy, not creative juice. This was really dope and I thoroughly enjoyed listening to it, numerous times. It's unfortunate that the half-serious stimuli is just from RL drama, but that just makes it real. I don't want to get into it, ( I'd have to listen to both sides. independently (with lawyers present) and it would be awkward and an inauthentic recreation of the igniting innocents, yadda yadda yadda, that boring AF), so instead, if the offender(s) mentioned or targeted in this drop a musical retaliation ever, I will revoke my comments below but:

In this rap attack, you demolished your metaphysical opponent(s). 5/5 Stars on the top of the "Winter Holiday(s)" tree.

ADR3-N responds:

Thanks my man. Honestly I had been fine a whole two years without this chick in my life. This song started when ya girl's pretty new replacement put my name in his mouth, details of said message to possibly flow into new material. But yeah, suffice to say she hasn't let the past go and is content to lie about whatever she can to keep up appearances. I doubt she'll have the balls to throw a diss, but if Barbie boy writes me another long letter nobody asked for, I'll be the first to let you know. ;)

Nice Resident Evil: the movie vibe to this. Hallow keys on a thrilling drum beat, also this reminds me of the Perfect Dark 64 OST, points. Solid composition, smooth organic lead in with the 1st verse, then half way thru the techno wizard busts in for it, then calm, Then techno mage blazing the perception demons from existence , or bureaucratic monotony its impossible to decipher really. More calm. The mosquito people rebel. The battle is bloody and greasy. In the end. The techno wizard is alone on a desolate planet void of life. Just a world filled with lonely machines. Failed Entry.

I give this audio submission 4.5 stars because it was dope.
+it had swag
+It was a trip
+it was dope

+/- .5 for distortion effect, at some peaks it hit a brown sound in my brain fart part.

This is dope AF.

Libby-Shimmz responds:

Thanks Mao!

"+/- .5 for distortion effect, at some peaks it hit a brown sound in my brain fart part."

Brown note? In your brain? Damn...

Thank you.

It's amazing the type of therapy good music can provide. Thank you now and for all the past times you and your music have helped me.

Libby-Shimmz responds:

You are most welcome Mickey!

I love the feel of the chorus, the vocals sound painful; great inflection and delivery, the heavy breathing adds on the tone of tge hook. The lyrics are well written, great imagery and feel to them. I am not a fan of the auto tuned FX tho; they were used sparely and were subtle( which I liked), but I prefer raw and natural voices for rap verses, this my preference so take it with a block of salt. Dope beat too!

Dope track tho, I am looking forward to seeing the direction that Alkima takes this new sound.

NeoAlchemist247 responds:

Thanks, Mao!

As always, it's such a pleasure to hear your opinions of my work. The pain you hear is very real. As with all of my music, it was written based off of 100% life experience and the emotions that flow from them. I've never done the singing full on- but I've discovered I can convey my feelings much better through singing than through rapping.

I wasn't a big fan of the auto-tune at first, either, to be incredibly honest. But Austin, the producer, doesn't do stuff for no reason. He told me to give them a chance- that they'd grow on me. They really have.

I can speak for all of Alkima when I say; we're excited to see where the sound takes us, too!

Really looking forward to writing a piece for your album you've been working on, man!

~DJDj, Alkima

Its what I do for fun.
